Unlock Your Freedom.

Our first ever eMTB. Full-power. Big Travel. Built for riders who don’t hold back. Born from six years of development, countless prototypes, and relentless refinement, the Kurgan is the ultimate expression of what we think an eMTB should be - engineered for big terrain, brutal descents, and all-day epics. No compromises. No shortcuts. Just everything we’ve learned, poured into the eMTB we always wanted.

At its core, the Kurgan takes the DNA of the Claymore and instills it into a duel link suspension design. We didn’t want to compromise suspension performance. Delivering 165mm of rear travel paired with a 180mm fork, It’s a bike that stays planted, poised, and confident - no matter how steep, fast, or technical the trail gets. Geometry is enduro-focused and is complemented by a mixed-wheel setup (29” front/ 27.5” rear). The power comes from the Bosch Performance Line CX motor - lightweight, reliable, and effective - delivering 100Nm of torque through a responsive, quiet system. The 800Wh battery (with an optional 250Wh range extender) gives you the legs for the longest days, paired with the Kiox 400C display, it helps keep everything in check without distractions.

Designed with real riders in mind, the Kurgan features a reach-adjust headset, fully sealed bearings, external grease ports, and an easy access battery system. This, along with space for a water bottle and a range extender, makes even the longest all-day epics seem possible with straightforward maintenance that won’t get in the way of your next ride. No gimmicks. No fluff. Just a bike that performs as good as it looks on paper.

This is the Kurgan.

Reviews

  • The image features the Logo of the post office, with a red square on the left containing white lowercase letters 'pb' followed by black background with white lowercase text 'postoffice'.

Let the Kurgan run on more open, rocky terrain, and it comes alive. The suspension shines on really chunky rocks… at high speeds it's stable and surefooted, with loads of grip and composure.

  • Logo of Singletrack mountain bike magazine in black text.

Even on the sketchiest of steep, janky, loose, rooty, utterly brilliant tracks I rode on-sight. All good. No heart-in-mouth panics. No brown trousers. Just joy and adrenaline.

    Ben Hawroth

  • Logo of Marz, a mountain bike rider brand, with large red letters spelling "marz" and smaller black text above reading "MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDER."

Stable and composed on steep, gnarly tracks… an effective and accomplished winch.

FAQ

  • We suggest around 30% for most riders, but this will vary depending on terrain and personal preference.

  • No - a standard 126 link chain will work with even a 12 speed Shimano or Sram set-up.

  • No, the Kurgan as been designed to perform optimally with a MX setup. Installing a 29er rear wheel will void any warranty promise we offer.
