Flagstaff Lady Shredders is based in Northern Arizona and is a community organization that creates an inclusive and empowering space for women-identifying of all levels to ride bikes. He cut his teeth on the unforgiving slopes of Kicking Horse and has spent lots of time in Whistler, SilverStar and Moose Mountain. Marshmallow MTB was born when my partner and I put a helmet on our ever-patient yellow lab, Marshmallow... and she smiled. Motivated by a lack of mountain biking educational resources in the area, we formed to provide consistent, structured training to help riders improve, ride more safely, and have more fun!
